Cleo Splane was inducted into the SVUSBC Hall of Fame for 2009 at the associations Annual Awards Banquet this year.

Cleo has been an avid bowling member for about 40 years with 30+ of those in Skagit Valley . She was a director of the previous Skagit Valley WBA from 1988 until 2003. Cleo bowls in many tournaments, volunteers her time, and is a great supporter for the sport of bowling.

SVUSBC ASSOCIATION AWARDS

Also at our awards banquet we honored Pam Ford and Mel Mastne with the Outstanding Contribution to the Association Award for 2009. They have given many hours of service at the tournaments and events hosted by the SVUSBC.
