ENTRY & CLOSING DATE: Entry into this tournament is open to Women Only members of the Skagit Valley USBC. Non-members may purchase an Affiliate Membership by paying a fee of National $10.00, Local $6.00, State $1.00 = $17.00 prior to bowling in the tournament. Subject to lane availability, entries for each squad will close one hour prior to the start of each squad. No refunds once squad begins.

EVENTS: Handicapped 4 person team; doubles; singles; Optional all events: handicapped & scratch.

ENTERING AVERAGES: Entrants will use their highest certified 2009-10 winter league average of 21 games or more. If no winter average a 2010 summer league average may be used, provided they have bowled 21 games or more. If no previous season average, an entrant shall use the highest current average for 21 games or more, as of January 1, 2011. It is the responsibility of the individual bowler or team captain to furnish the appropriate standing sheet from the league and/or leagues to verify current high average. An entrant who does not meet any of these requirements shall be classified at a 230 average in each event.

HANDICAP: Will be based on 100 % of 230.

MULTIPLE PARTICIPATION:

Team Event: May bowl more than once provided that a minimum of two (2) team members are changed.

Doubles: May bowl twice with same partner, but cash only once. Entrants may cash more than once if done so with a different partner.

Singles: May bowl as many times as they wish, but cash only once.

ALL EVENTS: OPTIONAL: $3.00 entry fee for each division. There will be two divisions: handicapped and scratch with prize money being paid 1/15 entries.

AWARDS: Estimated prizes shall be at least one prize for each 6 entries. ALL PRIZE MONEY COLLECTED WILL BE RETURNED 100% TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE TOURNAMENT. In the event of a tie, co-champions will be declared and no roll off will occur. First Place awards for each event.

USBC Rule 319d and 319e are waived for this tournament

All other rules will be based on the USBC 2010-12 Rule Book.
